Picture it: Oshawa, 2014, Christmastime-ish. A local fashion designer had just received the wrong fabric order in the mail. Instead of 5 yards of black sweater fabric (approximately $5.98/yd), she received 5 yards of black lace (approximately $9.98/yd). Ever the resourceful woman, she devised a fiendish plan.
She made lace front sweatshirts.
Because the fabric had arrived so late in the year, only a few sweatshirts were made and sold last year.
